Where Brezoid
Began
Brezoid Global Networks Limited was founded in 2004 by Brenda Nyaboke Okerosi, CPA(K), with a singular conviction: that Kenyan businesses ’ regardless of size ’ deserved the same calibre of financial counsel reserved for multinationals.
Starting from a single office on Koinange Street with a team of three, Brezoid has grown into a 38-person practice spanning tax, audit, forensic accounting, and international advisory ’ without ever losing the personal, partner-led service model that defined its founding.
Today, Brezoid serves over 500 clients across East Africa ’ from listed corporates and development-sector NGOs to family businesses and high-net-worth individuals ’ all with the same commitment to precision, independence, and client-first thinking.

One of only a handful of women to hold a doctorate in Tax Law from the University of Nairobi while maintaining an active public practice, Dr. Okerosi has spent two decades dismantling the notion that financial expertise is an old boys' club.
Named among Business Daily Africa's Top 40 Under 40 in 2011, she has testified before the National Assembly's Finance Committee, represented Kenya at OECD Transfer Pricing forums, and mentored over 60 young accountants through the ICPAK scholarship programme she personally funds.
